Text (SMS) Center Login: This section provides an overview of your text (SMS) back office as well as the features that can be used. You will learn how to login to your SMS back office, as well as set up your keyword and auto responder text ads.
Customer Folders: This section provides and an overview of Customer Folders. You will learn how manage and edit the customers information from your back office. You will also learn how to add new customer information.
Scheduled Ad Sending Summary: This section provides and an overview of Customer Folders. You will learn how to use and manage your customer folders as well as learn how to send out an instant text messages to your customers
Building and Viewing text ads: This section shows you how to build unlimited number of text messages and storing them for sending them all year long to anyone who text your keyword.
Ordering Your BIZ cards: As an Advertiser, you can order your free set of color business cards loaded with your keyword free offers and $5 Global Free Calling PIN.

Q. Does
the company guarantee a certain commission payout percentage?
A. Yes. Each month the company guarantees that at least
50% of total GV will be paid to Agency Owners through our Agency
Builder Income plan.
Q. If I go inactive, by not maintaining the BIZ
monthly program maintenance, what happens to my volume and my
organization?
A. All accumulated matrix volume will be reset to zero;
however, once you reactivate, you will once again begin to
accumulate group volume as products are purchased in your down
line organization.
Q. When I am considered "active", would that be for an
entire calendar month?
A. Yes, we calculate commissions on a daily basis for
the Agency Builder Income Plan for all agency commissions. The
retail sales commissions are calculated on a monthly basis on
the last day of each month.
Q. How do I qualify to earn commissions in the BIZ
Agency Builder Income Plan?
A. In order to be qualified to earn commissions in the
income plan, you must personally sponsor two Agency Owners or
retail sales into the business. When you're personally sponsored
Agency Owners make two (2) sales each, you earn a Cycle
bonus. When you're personally sponsored Agency Owners also help
their first two (2) Agency Owners sponsor their two sales and
they earn a Cycle bonus, you match their income which fully
completes your Agency Matrix and becomes a"Qualified Agency".
Q. Do I have to meet a monthly volume requirement to earn
commissions in the Agency Builder Income plan?
A. No, there are NO monthly volume requirement to earn
commissions in the BIZ Income plan. Your only requirement is to
stay active with your product monthly maintenance fee.
Q. How do I keep my position "Active"?
A. To keep a position Active, an Agency Owner needs to
maintain their monthly product maintenance of $99. This fee is
to maintain the cost of your keyword, sub-keyword accounts, BIZ
cards special offers, operation of the Text Message Builder,
World-Wide phone calling Pin activations, Agency Owner back
office tracking program and personal Identification Code.
Q. How is a cycle calculated?
A. A cycle consists of accumulated volume from sales that
occur from your front two (2) Agency Owners.
Q. How much do I earn on each cycle?
A. For each cycle you earn $400.
Q. How do I qualify to earn a matching bonus?
A. When your two (2) front level Agency Owners refer
their two (2) and they earn a cycle bonus of $400, you match
their income 100% and $400 from each of them for a total of $800
matching bonus.
Q. How many cycles per day can be achieved?
A. You may cycle, and fully qualify as many agencies as
possible each day until.
Q. What happens to my Agency position when I fully qualify and
fill my agency matrix?
A. When you fully qualify your Agency, you are instantly
rewarded with a new "free" Agency position in your sponsor’s new
Agency. The computer automatically figures the best position for
your Agency position.
Q. How often are commissions paid?
A. Personal Sales Commissions are paid daily for previous
calendar week's daily sales. Retail sales are paid monthly on
the 15 of the month following the sale month. The cut-off for
retail commission period is midnight, on the last day of each
month.
Q. How will I receive my commissions?
A. Commissions earned are paid directly to you by company
check or BIZ Payroll Debit Card.
Q. Where Can I track my commissions?
A. You may track your commissions on your pass code
protected back office (www.bizgm.org). There you will be able
to view your Agency genealogy, Orders, Volume totals,
Commissions and Earnings, Personally Enrolled, Customers and
more.
Q. How many keywords do I receive with my Agency?
A. You receive one (1) main keyword with your paid
Agency. You will also receive unlimited sub-keywords that you
can use, sell and market to unlimited number of
users/advertisers.
Q. What is a responder text message?
A. The responder text message is the text message users
receives when anyone send an SMS text message to your keyword.
Q. Who controls the responder text messages?
A. The responder text messages are created in the Text
Message Builder and controlled by the Advertiser and Agency
Owners.
Q. What is an instant text message?
A. An Immediate text message permits the Advertiser,
Agency Owners the ability to send an instant text message to any
individual or their entire cell phone data base. These text
messages can be send out instantly, at any time.
Q. How many instant text messages can be sent?
A. An unlimited number of text messages can be sent from
the Text Message Builder. Based on the package purchased, you
are allowed certain number of "Instant Sending" SMS messages.
Additional charge will be charged per text message after
exceeding the allotted monthly SMS messages. Please refer to
the products page for more details.
